Shipping Policy
At Beyond the Skein Merch, each item is uniquely created and printed on demand through our partnership with Printify. Due to the custom nature of our products, production times may vary, but we aim to ship your creations promptly while ensuring the highest quality.
Returns and Exchanges
Since each product from Beyond the Skein Merch is custom made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are ordered in the wrong size, colour, or if you change your mind. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You can reach out to our team through email, beyondtheskein@artemisnorth.com, with a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a refund for any such errors.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please note that if your billing currency is not USD, the refund will be issued directly to the payment source used during purchase. If the issue affects multiple products or the entire order, we may request additional photos or a video showing all affected items in one frame for verification.
Unsuccessful Delivery
For orders that fail to be delivered successfully, you have the option to request a replacement at an additional charge or opt for a partial refund.
Print Variation Tolerance
For Direct to Garment (DTG) products, please be aware that there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations in the placement of the print are not considered defects.
