All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• – Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• – Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5-7 business days.

Example Shipping Times:

– Standard Shipping within U.S.: 5 to 7 days
– Standard Shipping to Canada and International: 5 to 30 days.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Please note, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Beyond the Skein Merch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
