Before you buy
- You’ll see the total price in USD before paying, including applicable taxes.
- We charge in USD only. Your bank or card may apply FX fees if your account isn’t in USD.
- Any subscription renewal terms appear clearly on the purchase page.
Review & confirm
Before you submit payment, you can review your order details and correct errors in quantities, options, or payment method.
After you buy
- We email a confirmation/receipt shortly after purchase.
- If you don’t receive it, check spam or contact artemis@artemisnorth.com.
Delivery
- Digital items/services: delivered by download link, account access, or email instructions.
Payments
We accept secure payments via Stripe and PayPal. These providers collect and process your payment details. We receive payment status (e.g., paid or refunded) but not your full card number or bank credentials.
Refunds & returns
- Digital products/services: refund eligibility and conditions are stated on the product page.

Errors & cancellations
If we discover an error in price or description, we may cancel and refund the order. You can cancel before fulfillment by contacting artemis@artemisnorth.com.
