TechAlchemy for creatives, makers & neurodivergent brains
1:1 tech + systems sessions that turn your beautifully chaotic digital life into something calm, cozy, and actually usable. No shame, no “shoulds” – just tools that fit how you really think and create.
Start with a free 20-minute consultation to see if TechAlchemy is a good fit.
What is TechAlchemy?
TechAlchemy is where we sit down together and untangle your tech: websites, automations, AI helpers, content systems, and all the “I’ll figure this out later” tabs. We keep what’s working, ditch what isn’t, and design a simple, neurodivergent-friendly setup you can actually live with.
See the whole picture
We map out your tools, platforms, and habits so you can finally see where everything lives and how it all connects.
Simplify & soften
Together we strip out “expert noise” and choose the fewest, kindest tools that support your real life, energy, and brain.
Weave it together
We design a simple flow: how ideas become posts, offers, emails, or art in a way that respects your ADHD / ND brain.
What we can work on in TechAlchemy
Your website & home base
Clarify what your site is actually for, clean up pages, and make small, doable tweaks in Divi or your theme so it finally feels like “you”.
Content & social systems
Create neurodivergent-friendly routines for blogs, newsletters, or socials so you’re not starting from zero every time you open a blank box.
AI & tiny automations
Set up simple AI helpers and micro-automations that save spoons without turning your whole life into a complicated tech stack.
Course & community tools
Choose platforms for courses, memberships, and events that you can actually manage, then sketch how they all connect.
Workflow cleanup
Go from 47 scattered systems to one calm, visual map of “how stuff gets done” in your creative business.
“Can we just talk it through?”
Bring your messy brain dump. We’ll sort it, name it, and decide what to do first, what to park, and what to ignore.
TechAlchemy is for you if…
- You’re an artist, maker, or creative human with more ideas than executive function.
- Your tech setup “kind of works” but feels fragile, cobbled together, or secretly held together by vibes and sticky notes.
- You’re neurodivergent (ADHD, AuDHD, etc.) and most productivity advice has made you feel broken instead of supported.
- You want your tools to feel like a cozy studio assistant, not a glitchy boss breathing down your neck.
Choose your TechAlchemy session
All sessions start with a free 20-minute consultation. We’ll talk about what you’re building, what’s not working, and which option (if any) makes sense for you. No pressure, no surprise invoices.

FAQ
A few quick answers for the anxious, curious, and “I have 19 tabs open about this” brains.
Do I have to be “good with tech”?
Nope. That’s literally my job. You just need to be able to describe what you’re trying to do in normal human language. I translate it into tools, steps, and screens.
Is this only for business stuff?
Not at all. We can work on art projects, community spaces, personal systems, or a mix of all three. If it lives on a screen and touches your creative life, it counts.
What if I get overwhelmed or shut down?
Totally allowed. We go at your pace, take breaks, and keep things gentle. If your brain fogs out, we pause, simplify, or park things for later. No shame, ever.
Will you replace all my tools?
Only if you want to. We start with what you already have, then decide together what to keep, what to simplify, and where a new tool might actually make life easier.
Do I have to be on camera?
Video is helpful, but not mandatory. We can do screen-share with your camera off if that feels safer. Comfort > perfection.
What happens after the session?
You get a written recap with your new flow, key decisions, and next steps, so you’re not relying on memory or hoping your future self remembers everything.
How a TechAlchemy session works
1. Free initial consultation
We start with a free 20-minute call to talk about your brain, your projects, and what’s not working. If it’s not a fit, you still leave with a bit more clarity.
2. Gentle intake
If you decide to book, you fill out a short, neurodivergent-friendly form so I can see what’s on your plate: tools, platforms, dreams, and current chaos.
3. We meet in my virtual office
We meet for a focused session (60 or 90 minutes). Screens are shared, tabs are opened, and we co-create a simpler setup in real time.
4. Your TechAlchemy map
After our call, you get a simple written recap with your new flow, key decisions, and next steps so you don’t have to remember everything.
Curious but not ready to commit? That’s exactly what the free consult is for.
Who you’re working with
Hi, I’m Artemis. I’m an artist, fiber nerd, and tech tinkerer with an ADHD / neurodivergent brain and a lot of tabs open. I love helping other creatives and makers build digital setups that feel more like a cozy studio and less like a spreadsheet you’re failing at.
TechAlchemy is where we sit shoulder-to-shoulder (screen-to-screen) and make your tools less scary, more friendly, and way more “you”.
Ready to stop losing ideas in the tabs?
Bring your messy digital life, half-finished systems, and “someday I’ll organize this” projects. We’ll turn it into something kinder, clearer, and actually usable.
